If an item is not as described, it can be returned within 10 business days for a full refund.
The invoices and the lots will be mailed to the address given on the buyers form. Postage and insurance is charged to the buyers.
No packing cost is charged.
The receipt for Registered letter by the Post Office constitutes delivery receipt for the Seller.

REGISTERED MAIL COSTS AND INSURANCE ARE EXTRA.
BUYER IS EXPECTED TO PROVIDE THE POSTAGE AND EXTRA COVERAGE FOR INSURANCE IF DESIRED.

3-5.LOTS-600.00 = $ 4.50
7-9.LOTS-900.00 = $ 5.50
10.LOTS3-1500.00 = $ 7.00
ATTENTION An extra charge is required for heavy lots, books, collections, etc. Note concerning postage charges: All shipments will be sent via Register Mail unless the customer specifies another shipping method UPS, Fed ex, etc. for which there are extra charges. Such Registered Mail (for which you must sign when delivered will be sent at the minimum insurance ($20). If you wish additional insurance, please see the rate table at the right (above) under "COSTS FOR EXTRA INSURANCE".
